Alright folks, it’s officially ON! ?
I’m no stranger to putting myself out there to raise much-needed funds for good causes.
But this year as Head of Fundraising at Wayside Chapel, I’m going where no fundraiser has gone before. This Valentine’s Day, I’m doing something bold. Something rebellious. Something that might make my corporate connections question my life choices. I’m taking on the Cheeky Challenge and wearing undies on the outside!
What’s at stake?
Well, apart from my pride, every $32 raised can help provide a warm welcome, a hot shower and fresh undies for someone doing it tough. That’s what this is all about—bringing dignity, love and care to people who need it most.
Here’s the bottom line (pun absolutely intended):
Wayside provides more than 2,000 pairs of undies and socks every month.
Every $32 I raise can give someone in need a hot shower, toiletries, a clean pair undies and ongoing wraparound support.
